Learn How to Optimize the Processes Within a Business
Christopher R. Hassold's new book, CHANGE WHY??? Change the Processes of Your Business can help any organization improve its focus.
WAUWATOSA, WI (PRWEB) September 21, 2006 -- CHANGE WHY??? Change the Processes of Your Business: Connecting the Dots, by Christopher R. Hassold, provides an incisive and thought-provoking analysis of project and process optimization, by examining the success, or failure, of the application of cutting edge “change” tools within organizations.
According to Chris, in order to transform any process to increase profitability and/or to further satisfy your customers, you must first ask and answer the critical questions (the W's) and identify performance metrics so that you can accurately measure progress. In turn, the analysis and the metrics you set can be used for improving performance across the board.
Chris's work is based upon his extensive experience with leading change tools, such as Lean Transformation, Cellular Operations, ISO 9000, World Class, SPC, and Value Stream Mapping. A growing number of corporations and other organizations are using these tools to streamline their processes, but with mixed success. The author details critical questions and topics that must be addressed for any such optimization to work.
This book poses -- and helps the reader to answer -- the critical questions that are needed by any organization that hopes to achieve a truly effective customer focus, whether those customers are external or internal. This book can help you identify and connect the dots within your own business, and raise it to a more profitable level of performance.
