Knowledge Infusion Continues Expansion of Human Capital Management (HCM) Consulting Resources with Addition of David Barron

Further demonstrating continued growth and commitment to acquire the best talent, David Barron joins the Knowledge Infusion team of HCM technology consultants.

Minneapolis, Minn. (PRWEB) September 21, 2006 -- Knowledge Infusion, the consulting authority on human capital management (HCM) technology today announces the company continues to bring customers world-class knowledge and experience with the addition of David Barron as Principal Consultant. Fueled by explosive growth and an expanding customer base, David will focus on partnering with customers through the Knowledge Infusion Strategy-Plan-Action methodology to develop HCM strategies and roadmaps, lead vendor evaluations, guide business process design and requirements definition, and optimize existing HR technology solutions.

Joining the organization most recently from Oracle, David brings a unique specialization and knowledge of several leading HR technology solutions including Oracle eBusiness Suite, PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS, and Ceridian solutions. He began his career at Ceridian where he spent ten years, followed by five years at Oracle as a national solutions consultant for the eBusiness product line. He then moved to Radiant Systems where he was the director of pre-sales for the Workforce Management product suite. In 2003 David joined PeopleSoft and rejoined Oracle with the acquisition where he has been responsible for consulting around all of Oracle solutions to organizations worldwide.

“David has deep expertise in both the Oracle eBusiness Suite and PeopleSoft Enterprise solutions which is a tremendous asset to our customers still sorting their way through the acquisition and product line decisions,” said Heidi Spirgi, President of Knowledge Infusion. “Many organizations are still determining if, what, and when are the best technology paths to take in moving forward toward Fusion. David has a unique skill-set that will help navigate that process and ensure HR can support and drive the business.”

“In working with customers in the past, I continued to see a lack of strategy and a long-term roadmap as technology decisions were being made,” said David Barron, the newest member of the Knowledge Infusion team. “I am thrilled to join Knowledge Infusion and now be able to work with customers to develop a business strategy tied to HR goals and objectives, that HR technology can then support.”
