These new products - DCR2™ (Departmental Compliance Repository), AX2™ (Asset Transfer Suite), SR2 Prep Pack, and IA2 (Information Architecture), all incorporate new capabilities that leverage the philosophy of Refresh Software of breaking down the barriers imposed by proprietary Content Management Systems.

DCR2

DCR2 is Refresh’s solution set for Departmental Compliance which is designed to capture enterprise information including emails, instant messages, faxes and paper, or electronic documents coming in or out of a compliance-oriented department of your company. The purpose in capturing all this critical information is to be able to categorize, workflow, version and store it for immediate intelligent search and tracking of all relevant compliance information. The technology created by Refresh in conjunction with a new software partner (separate announcement to follow) for its new DCR2 offering automatically takes any information going into or out of your department and creates an Embedded Compliance Directive™ which provides ID's, metatags, instructions, workflows/approval or notifications, rules or triggers and stores that new version as a SR2 Compliance Asset™. Once the Compliance Asset is created the documents are now able to take advantage of the entire versioning and workflow functionality associated with our powerful content management system SR2. It is the preparation to these pieces of information that make them trackable and searchable and allows them to easily participate in any regulatory or compliance application or function.

AX2

AX2 (Asset Transfer Suite) eliminates problematic transition processes when trying to leverage existing content for use in other areas by providing a flexible, cost-effective way to move content, or content assets, from one domain to any number of new domains. Once the initial domain, known as a content domain, has been replicated, synchronization of your source content domain to your destination content domain is consistently maintained by the Asset Transfer Suite.

SR2 Prep-Pack

SR2 Prep-Pack combines SR2 Professional Training and the initial five SR2 users to give customers premier training on Refresh Software’s Content Management System, SR2. Training consists of 3 different courses:

• Business User Content Creator Training takes you through the basic of using SR2 concentrating on what SR2 is, general terminology used in SR2, and how to create and manage content within SR2.
• Administrator Training takes you through the best practices for setting up your site's content domains, users, roles, and workflows within SR2.
• Developer Training takes you through the best practices for customizing a website using SR2.

IA2

Refresh Software also announced IA2 (Information Architecture), a new service that will help customers analyze and define an Information Architecture (IA) strategy for their enterprise-wide web entities and web-centric applications.
