New Director of Recruitment Services at Industry People Group

Industry People Group announces that Angela Langrehr is taking over responsibilities as the Director of Recruitment Services.

Urbandale, IA (PRWEB) September 24, 2006 -- Industry People Group announces that Angela Langrehr is taking over responsibilities as the Director of Recruitment Services. Ms. Langrehr will be focused on recruiting, interviewing, hiring and scheduling to meet the division’s responsibilities and IPG’s clients’ needs.

In addition to daily managerial duties, Ms. Langrehr will be responsible for coordinating the fulfillment of all Final 5 projects. Final 5 is one of IPG’s flagship products developed to take the stress and burden off of clients looking to hire new employees. With Final 5, IPG does all of the sourcing, interviewing and pre-screening for five qualified candidates and then passes them on to the client company. This saves the client valuable time and resources and provides them with five quality candidates ready to be hired.

Ms. Langrehr comes to IPG with an expansive background in human resources. She has previously managed teams of over 100 employees in $20 million per year department stores. Her responsibilities as a human resource manager there included maintaining superior customer service, managing all operations of the store and processing the employee payroll.
