The Diversity Players of Harlem Presents a limited engagement production of A Soldier's Play written by Charles Fuller and directed by Kathy Lindboe. Performances will be at the Producers Club Theatres from November 7 thru November 12, 2006.

A Soldier's Play is the Winner of the 1982 Pulitzer Prize for Drama which went on to be made into the 1984 Academy Award nominated movie, A Soldier's Story. Produced by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc.

A Soldier's Play - At the height of World War II, tensions were brewing overseas as U.S. Armed Forces engaged in a fight for freedom. Yet, at home, many individuals within U.S. Armed Forces were engaged in another fight: the fight for equality. This fight is the backdrop of this timeless piece which delves into the investigation of a murdered officer on a military base in Tynin, Louisiana.

The Producers Club Theatres is at 358 W. 44th Street New York, NY, between 8th and 9th Avenues. Just a short walk from Times Square.

Performances are scheduled for November 7 – November 12. Tuesday thru Friday performances are at 8pm. Saturday performances are at 3pm and 8pm. Sunday performances are at 3pm and 7pm. Ticket Prices are $20.00 for general admission with a 10% discount for students and seniors. There are other discounted tickets available online.
