2006 USDLA Distance Learning Awards at the Training Solutions Conference and Expo in Denver, Colorado

World's most prestigious distance learning awards will be presented for excellence in distance learning to individuals, organizations and companies.

The United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA) will present the 2006 Distance Learning Awards Celebration of Excellence in conjunction with the VNU Training Solutions Conference and Expo in Denver, Colorado. Since 1987 USDLA has been the nation's premier distance learning association. The USDLA Awards program will honor outstanding individuals and organizations for excellence in the field distance learning, education and training.

These prestigious Global Awards are presented annually to organizations and individuals engaged in the development and delivery of distance learning programs. Included in the recognition ceremony will be the 21st Century Best Practice Award, as well as the Best Practice Awards for Distance Learning Programming and the Excellence in Distance Learning Teaching Awards.

The USDLA Awards were created to acknowledge major accomplishments in distance learning and to highlight those distance learning instructors, programs, and professionals who have achieved and demonstrated extraordinary results through the use of online, videoconferencing, satellite and blended learning delivery technologies.

The USDLA Awards are closely followed by the Distance learning industry. "Once again, as we approach our 20th Anniversary as a premier organization for the entire distance learning profession, we look forward to honoring the best of the best," said Dr. John G. Flores, CEO of USDLA. "The USDLA awards have become the standard of excellence for recognizing achievement in distance learning.
