Alsbridge Short-listed for National Outsourcing Association (NOA) Advisor of the Year and Outsourcing Professional of the Year Awards

Alsbridge has been placed on the short list for two outsourcing industry awards.

London, UK (PRWEB) September 26, 2006 -- Alsbridge, the independent advisors on Outsourcing, Shared Services and Offshoring have been short-listed for two key awards at this year’s National Outsourcing Association awards ceremony, taking place Oct. 12 in London.

The award for Outsourcing Advisor of the Year will be judged upon factors including client innovation, contribution to clients and contribution to the outsourcing industry as a whole. Alsbridge has led by example in these areas over the last 12 months, introducing the highly acclaimed Tripartite Charter for successful deal negotiation; producing its four-volume Practitioners Guide to Shared Services and BPO; being awarded a Catalist Framework Agreement for Outsourcing Advisory by the OGC and continuing to deliver advisory support and assistance to their ever expanding client portfolio.

Howard Spode, Principal with Alsbridge Europe is in the running for the Outsourcing Professional of the Year Award. It has been a highly successful year for Mr. Spode, who on joining Alsbridge just 12 months ago has played a key role in new business delivery and client-side advice for outsourcing/offshoring strategies. His latest achievements include the architecture and project management of a process to allow a telecoms company to decide whether to outsource 1000 finance and contact centre FTEs to one of two potential suppliers. The process took four weeks from defining evaluation criteria through to completion.

Commenting on the news, Alsbridge Europe Managing Partner Tim Lloyd said: “It has been a superb year for Alsbridge and we are pleased that the industry as a whole has picked up on our success, leading to our short-listing within two categories at the NOA 2006 awards.”
