Inside Outsourcing is Pleased to Share an Interview with Robert Gunn, Accompli Group

Larry Janis, Managing Partner, Integrated Search Solutions Group, is pleased to share with you his interview with Robert Gunn, founding partner, Accompli Group.

(PRWEB) September 27, 2006 -- Larry Janis, Managing Partner, Integrated Search Solutions Group, is pleased to share with you his interview with Robert Gunn, founding partner, Accompli Group.

Robert has built successful businesses while advising clients how to do the same. Before co-founding Accompli, he was Senior Vice President for Exult, Inc., the innovator and market leader in HR-led Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), having sold to Exult the eponymous consulting firm he co-founded.

Helping executives at Global 500 companies improve the effectiveness and value of Finance, HR, Marketing and other staff functions, Gunn Partners was known for expertise in Shared Services and worked with many of its early adopters. In addition, Bob was the originator of "Lean Consulting," an approach based on facilitating clients' leadership of their own change efforts with limited external resources. "Lean Consulting" applies the lean "Six Sigma" tool kit and results in exceptionally high implementation success and rates of return on transformation.

Bob has co-authored a book -- "On the High Wire: How To Survive Being Promoted" (Praeger Publishers, 2005) -- and writes a monthly column on leadership for Strategic Finance magazine. He serves on the Board of Directors of Equitant, a business process outsourcing firm; is an Advisory Board Member of the Brussels-based Shared Services Business Process Outsourcing Association; and he is a member of the Visiting Committee for the West Virginia University School of Medicine. He was named one of HRO Today's "HRO (human resource outsourcing) Superstars" in January 2005.

Representative clients: Cardinal Health, Diageo, Dow, DuPont, GE, HP, J&J, Kraft, Merck, New York Life, Reuters, Siemens.

Accompli is an advisory firm helping institutions to:

Design and complete significant organizational change initiatives and
Sustain competitive advantage via change leadership capability

Our professionals have worked in virtually every major business function, across industries, in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Integrating multiple disciplines, these executives, consultants, coaches and trainers bring unique perspective to three principal domains:

1. Change (for an enterprise, business, function)
2. Teams (structures, processes and group dynamics)
3. Executive Leadership Development (resources for transitioning from manager to leader)

ISSG is a 14-year-old retainer-based executive search firm that has successfully attracted top talent in the areas of Outsourcing (IT, BPO and BPM), Consulting (Strategy & Technology) and traditional IT functions (CIO, CTO, etc). We have worked effectively with major corporations as well as effectively with venture capitalized start-ups. Executive recruiters typically pride themselves in their ability to recruit top executives, irrespective of the industry. Leaders in outsourcing tell us a different story; outsourcers value what we do because we understand their business. Executive search in outsourcing is what we do.
