Impatica Shares Now on the Canadian Unlisted Board
A market for trading of the Class A Common shares of Impatica has been established under the symbol IPAT.
Ottawa, Canada (PRWEB) September 26, 2006 -- Impatica Inc., an Ottawa-based industry leader in the delivery and viewing of PowerPoint presentations over the Internet and wireless networks, today announced that a market for trading of the Class A Common shares of Impatica has been established on the Canadian Unlisted Board (CUB) under the symbol IPAT. The market maker is W.D. Latimer & Co Ltd, an IDA member firm that specializes in market making in Canadian securities.
"This does not mean that there is any change in the status of our shares," explained Michael G. Doyle, Chairman and CEO of Impatica. "Impatica has been a reporting issuer (a 'public company') since 2001. Our stock is still unlisted and we continue to maintain Canadian Controlled Private Corporation (CCPC) status from a tax point of view," Doyle added.

| | - Impatica ShowMate commenced shipping in late March with a strong reaction from the marketplace.
- Research In Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM; TSX: RIM) is now selling the Impatica ShowMate at their online store www.shopblackberry.com.
- RIM will also sell the Impatica ShowMate through all of their major distributors worldwide. This means that over 200 carriers and hundreds of independent resellers will be able to purchase inventory from local suppliers with whom they already have supply agreements.
- Sprint Nextel are now selling the ShowMate throughout the US. A number of other resellers, such as Simply Wireless with 80 stores, are also selling the ShowMate.
