In other key appointments, Dennis Kubiak joined Erie Plastics as Human Resource Director. He earned a BA in Economics from Hobart College and an MBA from Western Kentucky University. Dennis possesses 18 years’ experience in the human resource arena, as well as seven years in a manufacturing management capacity. His former employers include Lord Corporation and STERIS Corporation.
Erie Plastics also hired Dana Barre as Corporate Quality Manager. Dana has over 25 years’ experience in quality management (primarily in the plastics industry) and has held positions with 3M, Loranger Plastics, Oneida Molded Products, Carlisle Engineered Products and General Electric. He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from LeTourneu University. With Green Belt Six Sigma Certification, Dana is also a qualified SPC, QS9000 and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Instructor.
