VAVI Prized with Platinum Award by 944: Best Alternative Sport Club

VAVI prized with Platinum Award by 944: Best Alternative Sport Club.

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) January 11, 2006 -- VAVI Sport & Social Club is very excited to announce that is has been named the “Best Alternative Sport Club of 2005” in San Diego by 944 magazine. Remember that pesky New Year’s resolution of getting/staying in shape for 2006? As 944 urges and we agree, the best way to get in shape is to get with VAVI. Along with this, VAVi is adding a very exciting division to its traditional VAVI Sports, entitled VAVI Fitness. This promising program brings the fun back into getting in shape. VAVI Fitness offers coed classes ranging from Body Toning to Boot Camp (uh oh) combined with a social aspect that separates us from the monotony of the gym.

If playing sports interests you more than fitness, then don’t forget that what got VAVI its glory is its mix of its 14 coed sports leagues, including kickball and dodgeball, along with happy hour specials at local restaurants and bars, vacations and special events. The combination of VAVI Fitness and VAVI Sports results in a truly diverse club that appeals to a wide range of young professionals.

Additionally if you are an organization looking to hold a team-building or competitive event, such as a one-day dodgeball tournament or sports-related picnic, VAVI would love to set that up for you through our thriving division, VAVI Event Planning. We are proud and honored by 944 magazine’s number one vote, but we aren’t satisfied yet. We want to carry this momentum into the New Year by offering even more to our members in 2006. To the VAVI faithful, thank you for the support. For those yet to experience the fun, get with VAVI…you won’t regret it.
