Along with this, VAVi is adding a very exciting division to its traditional VAVI Sports, entitled VAVI Fitness. This promising program brings the fun back into getting in shape. VAVI Fitness offers coed classes ranging from Body Toning to Boot Camp (uh oh) combined with a social aspect that separates us from the monotony of the gym.
