New community-based Website launched as a resource for group travel and event planners to better service and provide information about Aspen as a group destination.

Aspen, Colorado (PRWEB) January 19, 2006 -- Aspen Groups™ (the Aspen Group Sales Alliance) has launched a new community-based Website to serve as an online information source for business incentive groups, corporate meeting planners, wedding coordinators, and even families interested in bringing a group or event to the heart of the Rocky Mountains.

The Aspen lodging properties and local Aspen destination marketing organizations collaborated to create a one-stop source for information specifically related to groups and events. “Aspen, Colorado is unique in that there are many creative and varied options for groups to choose from,” said Sarah DeMars, Director of Group Sales. “With this new organization, we are able to help groups of all sizes discover that Aspen is really accessible and can meet a variety of budgets and special needs.”
