Amerimax Building Products, Inc. recently introduced their new aluminum columns at the International Builders' Show, Jan. 11-14, 2006 in Orlando, Florida.

This addition to the Alumawood Shade Structure line gives Amerimax customers three column options to choose from. These options include standard Alumawood posts, fiberglass columns and the new aluminum columns. The fiberglass and aluminum columns are both upgrades from their standard Alumawood posts. The new aluminum columns are even easier to install than the fiberglass.

Amerimax Building Products offered attendees a large exhibit at the show, which is attended by professionals involved in the residential and light construction industries; including realtors, home builders, and others. Exhibiting in conjunction with four other divisions of Euramax, Amerimax's display featured an Alumawood Shade Structure designed from a combination of its two popular structures, the Newport and the Laguna. The Newport structure consists of a solid roof, while the Laguna is an open lattice structure.
