New Version Allows for More In-Depth Cost Analysis, Increased Integration with Accounts Payable, Greater Collaboration with Outside Counsel

CT TyMetrix, a Wolters Kluwer business and the market leader in Web-based e-billing, matter management and performance metrics, today announced the release of CT TyMetrix 360° version 1.12.
This latest version of CT TyMetrix 360° includes a more flexible reporting functionality, which will help to identify spending trends and, in turn, manage expenses. In addition, users will now be able to seamlessly integrate invoices with accounts payable and increase collaboration with outside counsel.

Users will find a host of enhancements and increased functionality in CT TyMetrix 360º that will allow:
- More in-depth cost analysis: Enhanced report writing and publishing functionality gives users ease of access to information on outside counsel expenses. Greater ad hoc report writing functionality, intuitive filters and multiple drill path support allow users to generate reports by multiple data segments, including those that match their organizational structure and line of business divisions. Users can pull reports as a “snapshot” in time, or analyze activities for trends over time. Finally, new publishing features allow frequent users to create and post reports directly to the desktops of law department leaders.
- Streamlined integration with accounts payable: Aggregation of approved invoice information allows easy transfer to the client’s accounts payable system. This version of CT TyMetrix 360º includes a new payment processing scheduling wizard allowing users to specify any kind of schedule, from one-time to daily, weekly, and monthly recurring payments, complete with day-of-week options.
- Increased collaboration with outside counsel: A new tool allows users to set alerts for several matter and invoice-level events. This advanced notification tool provides an automated prompt to the “occasional user” or senior law department users that something requires their attention. Additionally, network administrators can now set default alert subscription settings and end-users can customize as desired. CT TyMetrix 360º now also includes the ability to grant security to law firms allowing them to create pending matters.
