BubbleTalk™ – the first voice sms technology in the world – is now available to CSL’s customers. BubbleTalk™ enables customers to record what they want to express in their own voice directly via BubbleTalk™ messaging platform. A short message, either in Chinese or English characters, will be sent to customers alerting them to a personally recorded voice message.

seconds. The recipient then gets an SMS alert ..The recipient then dials *0* to listen and then press * to reply.
CSL Subscribers can now send messages to any mobile customers in Hong Kong with BubbleTalk™.
