Sutton & Edwards Inc. / TCN Worldwide has arranged a lease for a 34,000-square-foot manufacturing site in Hicksville, Long Island on behalf of now Queens, NY-based Art Leather Manufacturing Inc., the world's largest maker of custom photo albums.
