Vending Company Takes Legal Action Against Coca Cola

Full Service Vending, has filed suit against Coca Cola of New York and Coca Cola Enterprises on six separate counts, one of them being breach of contract.

Rockaway, NJ (PRWEB) October 4, 2006 -- Full Service Vending, has filed suit against Coca Cola of New York and Coca Cola Enterprises on six separate counts, one of them being breach of contract. John A. Stone of Edwards & Caldwell, LLC in Hawthorne, NJ, is representing Full Service Vending in this matter. The suit was recently escalated to the federal level.

“We have tried through meetings and letters to work this out with Coca Cola,” said Moti Almakias, President of Full Service Vending, “at this point we have no other choice but to go through our legal system.”

The suit is currently in the interrogatory phase in the United States District Court Civil Action No: 06-CV-2217(WJM). Further details of the additional counts and facts surrounding the suit are not yet available.

Full Service Vending, along with its subsidiaries Coffee Express and Arctic Chill Ice Cream, has been serving the corporate refreshment needs of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania since 1955. The company is headquartered in Rockaway, NJ.
