Palm Springs, CA (PRWEB) October 3, 2006 -– Anita Pace’s Life Isn’t Just a Panic is now available in eBook format at the DPPstore (www.dppstore.com) for purchase and downloading 24/7/365.

The DPPstore, launched just nine months ago, features eBooks by new authors and the best eBooks from self and independent publishers.

The DPPstore (www.dppstore.com) continues to build one book at a time and is pleased to announce the addition of Life Isn’t Just a Panic (ISBN 0-9631666-3-8) by Anita Pace and published by Baby Steps Press (in traditional print, 1996).

“On a beautiful day in May 1978, my life changed drastically in an instant,” writes Pace, who shares her experiences with and her healing from Panic Disorder. Pace began her ordeal with panic at the age of thirteen. By the age of twenty-five, the disorder had worsened rendering her severely agoraphobic.

After hundreds of baby steps, Pace created Baby Steps Press in 1990. Her original intention was to create one book, Write from the Heart. Since that 1992 publication, however, Anita has gone on to publish five other books.

Anita Louise Pace grew up in the Los Angeles area by parents of Sicilian heritage. She studied Social Welfare at California State University Northridge with the intention of becoming a therapist. But although she earned a Bachelor's Degree, Anita never worked in her chosen field because of an anxiety illness called Panic Disorder. Currently, Pace lives in Beaverton, Oregon with her partner and five dogs.
