Lucca, Italy (PRWEB) October 3, 2006 -- Writers ‘hear their own voice’ as they write and craft their work during a special week-long writing retreat in Lucca, Italy. Presented by the Tuscany Writers Conference, the retreat will take advantage of a breathtaking 14th century villa in an area of Tuscany noted as the birthplace of Puccini, Dante and da Vinci. The retreat will be held at the villa from October 29 through November 4, 2006 and is limited to just 20 overnight guests and 10 day passes.
The retreat will feature a balance of writing workshops and uninterrupted time to write surrounded by the natural beauty of the grounds. International authors will offer sessions to jumpstart the creative process. There will be hosted events for networking with local authors and vintners, an on-site Writer’s Café, and a book shop hosted by The English Book Shop where authors will stop by to sign books and chat.
The basic retreat package is available for $1,145 USD.
