Restaurants on OpenTable.com Dominate San Francisco Bay Area List of Michelin Honorees

OpenTable, Inc. (http://www.opentable.com), the leading provider of free, online reservations for diners as well as guest management systems to restaurants, today congratulates the restaurants which received the coveted Michelin stars in the inaugural edition of the Michelin Guide San Francisco Bay Area & Wine Country 2007.

All of the restaurants which took the top honors of three or two stars are part of the OpenTable™ online reservations network. Additionally, 70% of the one-star recipients are OpenTable restaurants. These restaurants join the 29 OpenTable star recipients acknowledged in the Michelin Guide New York 2006.

“We commend the newest recipients of the prestigious Michelin stars and all Bay Area restaurateurs who contribute to making San Francisco a celebrated dining destination,” said Thomas Layton, OpenTable CEO. “We are honored to be able to count so many of the world's finest restaurants among the thousands which use OpenTable.”
