Best Web sites announced in 10th Annual WebAward Competition covering 96 industries.

http://www.webaward.org -- The Web Marketing Association is pleased to announce the faith-based Best of Industry Winners for the 10th annual international WebAward Competition, the Internet’s premier Web site award competition.

The faith-based entries in the WebAward competition are still relatively new having only been added in 2004.

“Faith-based websites play an important role in society and have the opportunity to stand out from both competitor websites and websites in general when well-designed,” said William Rice, President of the Web Marketing Association. “Faith-based websites can leverage the valuable feedback provided by WebAward judges and become an industry powerhouse on the Net.”

Websites across all industries are judged on the following seven criteria:

  •      Design
  •     Innovation
  •     Content
  •     Technology
  •     Interactivity
  •     Copy writing
  •     Ease of use

The overarching goal of the WebAward Competition is to provide a forum to recognize the people and organizations responsible for developing the most effective faith-based websites on the Net today.

This year’s faith-based best web sites along with past WebAward winners in investment and financial related categories are:

Best Faith-based Website

2006 Dallas Theological Seminary Website
