Artists Nite moves to 4th Thursday starting July 23rd @ 8pm. We have already hosted Janet Goldner's work fuses the tactile, spatial forms of sculpture with elegant, succinct comments on contemporary social issues. Her work thrives on small tensions between light and shadow, positive and negative, organic and precise, playful and serious, political and personal. She creates her often-poetic steel sculptures using a welding torch as a drawing instrument As Vivien Raynor wrote in The New York Times (2/26/95), "Janet Goldner is a sculptor with a gift for wielding the blow torch, ArtsPRunlimited… and Daniel P. Daniel P Quinn has curated earlier exhibitis at the Cafe including Francesco Cenci's inner sanctum in THE CENCI by Damien Grey. Mr. Grey's work have been seen in William Butler Yeats' PURGATORY, and John J. Trause's LATTER-DAY LITANY at the Morris Museum Bickford Theatre in 2004 and 2006, a mixed medua show, Tu-Be Blue, and the Andy Warhol homage earlier this Spring in 2009..

ArtsPRunlimited is a sponsored program at The Field, Inc. Prior exhibits have included La Follia which was the opening chapter in the Newark/Italy cultural exchange project for 2008-2010.
