PRINCETON, NJ (PRWEB) October 7, 2006 -- In its constant commitment to providing the most comprehensive and cutting-edge portfolio of training solutions to the energy industry, The Oxford Princeton Programme has designed a new course to address the increasingly competitive and complex nature of natural gas transportation and storage. North American Natural Gas Transportation and Storage will enable delegates to attain a broad insight to the dynamics that impact the economic decisions facing industry participants.

“Understanding functional aspects of the pipeline sector including agreements, tariffs, operation, controls and safety ensure a company’s ability to assess optimal and efficient means of delivery,” says Clara Lippert, president and CEO of The Oxford Princeton Programme, Inc. “North American Natural Gas Transportation and Storage will build a solid understanding of how pipelines, markets, producers and marketers interact in the successful transport and storage of gas.”

Steve Conant is the course director, who has over 25 years experience in the natural gas industry with both regulated and non-regulated entities. According to Mr. Conant, the course will cater to all facets of an organization including human resources, information systems, back-office personnel, credit dept, accountants, legal, quantitative analysts, consultants, programmers, trade support staff, secretarial, marketing/sales, and risk managers. This course is also perfect for anyone involved in the physical movement of gas, ratemaking, and capacity issues, transportation representatives that are involved in the pipeline end, and schedulers who are involved on the marketing end.

North American Natural Gas Transportation and Storage will be offered twice next year: May 2, 2007 (Houston, TX) and September 12, 2007 (Denver, CO).
