It's time to 'share back--give back' to what dreams and hopes I had while earning my first blue ribbons in photography and other classes/lots. In fact, for every ribbon earned, I hope to donate a smile back starting with this year’s Greener Pastures Ahead! Collector print.
Loucks-Christenson told volunteer Donna Christenson (no relation) that she had the perfect print she wanted to donate to them, "It's an image of three cows in a field I came across, and two of them are sticking their tongues out at me. If I can find where I put the image, that'll be this year’s print for you."

A few days later, Loucks-Christenson received an email from Donna, and she mentioned how excited she and some other volunteers were to see this funny cow print. A few days after that email, a letter arrived. As Loucks-Christenson looked down to the handwritten note included in her information pack, she smiled and said, "You hardly see handwritten notes anymore, and then she flipped it over to find Donna's parting thoughts, "Hope you found the cows." --Donna.

Loucks-Christenson was heavily involved in 4-H as a youth and teen. She was involved in everything from fair events, public speaking, plays, historian/photographer, and more. Loucks-Christenson added, "It's time to 'share back--give back' to what dreams and hopes I had while earning my first blue ribbons in photography and other classes/lots. In fact, for every ribbon earned, I hope to donate a smile back starting with this year’s Greener Pastures Ahead! Collector print."

This year's theme is Go 4 The Green, and it will be held in Rochester, Minnesota, October 13-14 at the Kahler Grand Hotel in Rochester, MN. Minnesota 4-H has a unique opportunity to host the 2006 North Central Region Volunteer Forum. For more than 100 years, 4-H has been recognized as a trusted framework for excellence in positive youth development. 4-H is the largest out of school youth program, in both rural and urban areas, through the North Central Region, involving 1.6 million youth.

Fall Flight 2006 Collector Print by Lisa Loucks Christenson
Rochester, MN (PRWEB) September 12, 2006 -- Lisa Loucks-Christenson of Rochester, Minnesota, is donating what she said is a rain, fall, and Ducks Unlimited inspired piece. Loucks-Christenson said, "What started out as just a cool, rainy Sunday with the agenda to fulfill the ‘desires of her heart,’ that being to create some new artwork for the Rochester Area Chapter Ducks Unlimited auction, instead turned into a frenzy of wings, as fall-colored feathered birds began flocking to her vision."
