Fair Wind Sailing School announces the acquisition of Upper Bay Sailing School, including its Chesapeake Bay and Caribbean assets.

Fair Wind Sailing School -- America's Best Sailing School -- announces the acquisition of Upper Bay Sailing School. With the acquisition, Fair Wind acquires the Chesapeake Bay and Caribbean assets of Upper Bay Sailing School, including office space and slips at Green Point Landing Marina in Worton, MD, and Nanny Cay Marina, BVI. "Upper Bay's award-winning instruction program is a natural fit with Fair Wind's high quality teaching approach," commented David Bello, President of Fair Wind Sailing Inc. "In addition, our teaching locations have grown to include two on the Chesapeake Bay and two in the Caribbean, allowing Fair Wind to offer a greatly expanded teaching program and charter fleet," Bello continued. Recognizing Upper Bay's excellent operations and outstanding brand name, Fair Wind will continue to operate the current locations under the Upper Bay Sailing School brand.
