Author Frank Ridgley is well-acquainted with a sailor’s life and deep love for the sea. He has a degree in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University, has held a license as a U.S. Merchant Marine Officer and a commission as a U.S. Naval Reserve Officer with sixteen years of service, in which he achieved the rank of Commander. He is a member of the U.S. Naval Institute, 12th Man Foundation, and Association of Former Students, TAMU.
His novel, Den Helder, is an intimate story about life-changing events and the choices that alter a man’s life.
