Ruiz brings more than 12 years of experience in business intelligence and email marketing to the WhatCounts Professional Services team. In her new role, Ruiz is responsible for providing consulting services designed to assist online marketers in the development of email marketing and RSS programs. Before joining WhatCounts, Ruiz managed the implementation of global email marketing programs for the largest online travel service provider in the world. As a recognized expert in the email marketing industry, Ruiz is uniquely qualified to address the issues facing today’s marketers.
