Dallas, TX (PRWEB) October 12, 2006 -- NPower™ Records and Entertainment names Elder Rita Suiter as Vice President and Tour Manager who is already a veteran music industry professional. She assists the president in establishing company objectives, budgets, event planning, reviewing artists’ agreements and tour development including selecting venues.

Elder Rita and her husband currently reside in Raleigh, North Carolina. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and relocated to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to further her education receiving a degree in Business Administration. She joined Bethlehem Temple Church in Duquesne, Pennsylvania and enrolled in the Hardy Bible Institute. During her tenure at the church, she was actively singing in the choir, ushering, sponsoring fund raising events and coordinating banquets.

Her interest in the music industry surfaced when she met the late Gloria Spencer Gray and began traveling with her across the country. In the music industry Gloria was billed as the world's largest gospel singer weighing 625 lbs. Securing accommodations for her had to be organized, creative and with much detail. She exposed Elder Rita to the music business providing instructions regarding contracts, tour scheduling, transportation, communication techniques, presentation and TV and radio interviews. When Gloria passed away it left a big void in her life however, Elder Rita knows Gloria would be proud of her accomplishments.

In November 1993 Elder Rita Suiter and her husband, Joe L. Suiter, Sr. formed "RECOE Productions, Inc. to promote the gospel through preaching, singing, drama productions and to serve as a liaison to expose gospel music. RECOE Productions also served as booking agent for recording artists. Their first production was held in November 1993 in Tarboro, NC featuring "Vickie Winans" as special guest.

In July 1997 while living in Tarboro, NC, she coordinated the first annual "Women of Purpose and Destiny Conference” held in Atlantic Beach, NC. Elder Rita serves as 2nd National Vice President of WomenNPower International Ministries Network, Inc.
