And, Robert Cooney, senior global commodity manager, Sun Microsystems will discuss how the company drives cost savings, manages contingent workforce risks, executes on executive management initiatives and drives manager participation in a decentralized environment and how it evaluates its strategies. Paul Moore, diversity and staffing director at Xcel Energy will cover how to maximize contract labor to optimize business results.
