http://www.webaward.org -- The Web Marketing Association is pleased to announce Best Political Web Site Winner as part of the 10th annual international WebAward Competition, the Internet’s premier website award competition.
“Political websites play an important role in society, our government and in disseminating information in election years,” said William Rice, President of the Web Marketing Association. “As we move into the presidential election cycle, websites and online strategies will become one of the most important tools a candidate can use to increase the chances of getting elected.”
Political websites are judged on the same seven criteria including:

The overarching goal of the WebAward Competition is to provide a forum to recognize the people and organizations responsible for developing the most effective political websites on the Net today.
For the second year running, the Wall Street Journal has won for its political website http://www.OpinionJournal.com.
