New Remote Support Solution Improves Compliance and Integration

  • Enhanced configuration of administrator rights and user/user group permissions within the existing LDAP schema.
  • API logging and reporting for extraction to custom reports and integration into help desk ticketing systems.

Additional features include logging and recording functions that allow creation of a database for staff training, enhanced ability to personalize help session logos, corporate messaging and branding, and the ability to customize questions on the customer satisfaction on the survey at the end of the remote support session.
