The Hotel De Anza, a Luxury boutique hotel in downtown San Jose, acquires a seasoned talented professional. Robert Hendricks a career professional joins the team.
After graduating from the University of San Francisco in 1995. Robert Hendricks began his career with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in San Francisco. He gained additional experience over the next several years with both Hyatt and Sofitel. He joined the Hilton Santa Clara as the Executive Director of Rooms and oversaw the hotel’s successful opening. The property achieved the AAA Four Diamond rating within its first eight months of operation. In 1996 he was recognized at an AHLA hospitality symposium for his outstanding achievement in hotel management.
Mr. Hendricks assumed the position of Corporate Revenue Manager for Montclair Hotels in 2003. In this position, Robert directly oversaw all hotels in California and was a consultant to other managed properties for Montclair.
After leaving Montclair Hotel Investors he worked for TravelCLICK as a Director of Sales for over one year before joining Kimpton Hotels as Area Director of Revenue based in San Francisco.
Mr. Hendricks holds certifications including a Hilton Revenue Management University diploma, Delphi Profit Pack and Revenue Management Systems. In addition to developing many tracking and forecasting tools, Mr. Hendricks is highly skilled in utilizing all Internet distribution channels.
