The Tremont Tearoom 70th Anniversary Halloween Séance/Gala- In 1936, while in the midst of the nation's great depression, hope sprung in Boston in the form of the Original Tremont Tearoom. The Tearoom began with a carnival-like atmosphere-a fun place where ladies would go to have a cup of tea and a small sandwich. A wide-eyed session followed with a seasoned fortune teller that offered hope and promise for a brighter future. From its fond beginnings, it has evolved into a full-service psychic and new age salon serving greater Boston as well as clients nation and world-wide.
