Virgin Records and Pillar Entertainment Create Unique Marketing Opportunities for the Bat out of Hell Experience with the Latest in Digital Cinema Technology

Pillar Entertainment announced today the Tuesday, October 31st in-theatre and digital cinema world premier release event for Meat Loaf’s “Bat Out Of Hell III: The Monster is Loose” album. The event includes a personal introduction by Meat Loaf, footage shot while writing and recording “Bat out of Hell III”, live footage from the Sanctuary Records DVD “Live With The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra”, and the brand new video for “It’s All Coming Back To Me Now” – shown exclusively in theatres in Cinema Grade High Definition using the latest in digital projection technology and Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound – representing the leading edge in digital cinema exhibition.

These theatrical screenings provide Meat Loaf with a dramatic release event befitting “Bat out of Hell III,” the third installment of the phenomenally successful “Bat Out Of Hell” series, which will be released by Virgin Records on Halloween. Virgin Records, the theatre circuits, FYE record stores and Pillar Entertainment have coordinated an on-site display and physical sales of the album. “Bat Out Of Hell” and its successor “Bat Out Of Hell II” have combined for more than fifty million in sales world-wide.
