Kennett Square, PA (PRWEB) October 24, 2006
Authtel (http://www.authtel.com), a company specializing in marketing compliance solutions for the teleservices industry, today announced the release of AuthLinx Pro, a server that interfaces to their proprietary Company Specific Permission (CSP) Marketing System. The system has been deployed in Beta Testing at AnswerNet Network in Ohio.
According to Ben Harris, Corporate Operations Manager of AnswerNet and current Chair of the DMA Teleservices Council, “AuthLinx Pro allows us to remain in strict Do Not Call compliance while improving our efficiency and lowering our cost.” He went on to explain, “AuthLinx Pro has allowed us to focus our resources on our business as we no longer need to scrub and re-scrub client files.”
“AuthLinx Pro is the next step in our suite of products developed to allow marketers to use the power of telemarketing while remaining in strict compliance with all state and federal regulations –and, does so transparently and cost-effectively,” said Dennis Brown, President of Authtel Inc. “This system was developed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized call centers for a seamless way to identify DNC numbers behind the scenes so that telemarketing efforts remain productive and compliant. We were asked for a technology that would be transparent to the user, work in real time, maintain productivity, and do this at a cost that is much less than current providers … and this is it.”
AuthLinx Pro resides between the predictive dialer and the agent. The outbound number is passed from the dialer to the AuthLinx Pro Server, which then screens the number against Authtel’s hosted Do Not Call database. Numbers found to be callable are completed and passed to the agent, while numbers found on the database are flagged as “Do Not Call” and returned to the dialer for proper disposition -- all in milliseconds.
AuthLinx Pro allows a telemarketer to get its lists into production faster and without ever needing to stop for a re-scrub, said Jon Hamilton, CEO of Authtel and Past President of the American Teleservices Association. Jon also pointed out that “Authtel has partnered with industry veteran John Crouthamel, CEO zConnex Group to help market the base system and add-ons, like virtual predictive dialing, that make it even more valuable to companies deploying it.”
Reports and key statistics will allow marketers to gain valuable information as well. For instance, dispositioned calls can be categorized and checked with the goal of identifying pockets of “callable” areas. And, this system can also be utilized to manage marketing compliance across the entire enterprise – including e-mail and fax opt-in programs.
