Chattanooga Real Estate Today announced the launch of a new real estate blog at http://blog.chattanoogarealestatetoday.com. The blog will report monthly Chattanooga sales statistics, real estate news, and information on real estate agency laws and ethics, to expand upon the recent consumer brochure released by the FTC on choosing a real estate professional.
Chattanooga, TN (PRWEB) October 20, 2006 -- Chattanooga Real Estate Today (www.ChattanoogaRealEstateToday.com) announces the recent launch of a new real estate blog to supplement their previous Chattanooga real estate listings and general real estate resources. The new blog will feature general real estate news, as well as monthly Chattanooga sales statistics and reports on real estate agency laws and ethics, as a response to the brochure on choosing a real estate agent recently released by the FTC. The blog was launched on September 16th.

Aside from using the Chattanooga Real Estate Today blog to cover real estate laws and ethical issues, Karen will be posting monthly Chattanooga property sales statistics. More general real estate information and news will also be addressed, such as how home owners everywhere can deal with “payment shock,” which is when the homeowner’s adjustable-rate mortgage payments increase suddenly and significantly. The blog, and site as a whole, aim to serve as a resource not only on the real estate market in Chattanooga, but also as a tool for potential buyers and sellers everywhere to learn about the real estate industry as it applies to them.
