MDH Wireless Technologies Launches Personal Emergency Call System
MDH Wireless Technologies has launched a new personal emergency call system that enables users in lone interview situations to summon assistance if required.
(PRWEB) October 22, 2006 -- MDH Wireless Technologies has launched a new personal emergency call system that enables users in lone interview situations to summon assistance if required.
The new 121Sentry is designed to help employers meet their health & safety obligations when staff are working in situations where they may need to summon assistance at short notice. The wireless personal emergency call system can be installed in seconds and requires no licence or ongoing service contracts.
121Sentry comprises a mains powered central receiver unit and battery operated personal transmitters that can be mounted discreetly under desks. Up to 100 transmitters can be used with each central receiver unit and transmitters can be optionally fitted with belt clips or lanyards if required.
In use, the wearer just presses the red button on top of the battery powered transmitter. A red light will show to indicate that a call has been sent while the internal transmitter silently calls the mains powered unit up to 250m away depending on local topography. Each transmitter transmits a unique identity code to the receiver and the identity number is displayed on the front panel with a sounder operating until reset.
