As part of a security upgrade project, the city of Naperville, Illinois, has chosen the STABILOC® locking system to secure its critical underground infrastructure.
Officials from Naperville’s Office of Emergency Management chose the STABILOC® Manhole Cover Locking System because of its tamper-evident security seal as well as its retrofit and field-friendly design.
