Mr. Scarberry has defended a wide array of business disputes, from employment and real estate to transportation and medical malpractice. He has handled cases in a variety of venues, including state, federal and appellate courts. He also has significant experience litigating construction defect, premises liability, and civil rights lawsuits.

He also had the opportunity to work as a summer law clerk for the Orange County District Attorney's Office. He received his undergraduate degree from Claremont McKenna College, where he was recognized as a McKenna Achievement Scholar.
