Texas District Meets Online Communication Challenges with EZEnterprise

Leander ISD, a fast growing school district near Austin, Texas is using a new generation online contact center for school districts called EZEnterprise to standardize the web content and email communication with parents and community members. EZEnterprise, from Relatrix Corporation, provides Leander's communication department with a common set of tools for online communication, along with the ability to share content from the district site to assure a consistent message across all websites in the school district.

Leander ISD is a fast growing suburban school district near Austin, Texas. The rapid expansion Leander is experiencing has challenged the district to develop more effective and efficient communications with parents and community members. As a progressive district, Leander has chosen to address this challenge by expanding their online communication efforts. They are implementing EZEnterprise, a web-based communications system from Relatrix to provide their campuses with a broad selection of integrated communication tools, standardize website content across the district and insure that stakeholders are 'known' at any website they access.

Standardizing online content helps districts avoid legal and PR issues when communicating through multiple websites at the district and campus level. It also enhances public opinion and broadens the impact of any message that can be published simultaneously to all websites in the district.

EZEnterprise is currently being rolled out at five Leander schools, and is scheduled for deployment to the remaining campuses for the 2007/2008 school year. The software is available for interested school administrators and webmasters to schedule online demonstrations. Relatrix will be showing the benefits of this new product at the National School Board Association's T+L conference in Dallas, Texas in booth 315 in early November.
