Small Town Poker Tour to Sponsor Vince Neil's 'Off The Strip' Poker Event
The event will be held November 5, 2006 at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Rocker Vince Neil of Mötley Crüe hosts the 2nd Annual “Off the Strip” Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament benefiting the T. J. Martell Foundation.
(PRWEB) October 24, 2006 -- The Small Town Poker Tour (STPT) announced today they will be one of the participating sponsors of "Vince Neil's Off The Strip Poker Tournament" benefiting the T. J. Martell Foundation.
"We are happy to be associated with such a good cause," stated Mark Fracalossi executive producer of the STPT. "The STPT is all about giving back and this is a chance for everyone who has played in the tour to come out and play in this special event. Last year was a blast and I know this year will be even better," Fracalossi added.
The STPT will be giving all participating players a bonus. "Anyone who plays in this event will get to play in a STPT event free of charge." Fracalossi added. "I encourage all to get on board and come to Vegas to support this cause."
The event will be held November 5, 2006 at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Rocker Vince Neil of Mötley Crüe hosts the 2nd Annual "Off the Strip" Texas Hold 'Em Poker Tournament, benefiting the T. J. Martell Foundation. Celebrities, Poker Pros, and Las Vegas Hottest Dancers will join Neil for a wildly entertaining evening. Last Years Tournament raised more than $170,000 to benefit the Tj Martell Foundation, an organization which has raised more than $215 Million to support innovative cancer,leukemia, and AIDS research.
Seats are limited to the first 150 entrants. There is a $40 entry fee and the buy-in is $500. Players will vie for a $50,000.00 prize pool. Payouts will go to the final table of ten.
Tournament participants and members of the public are invited to visit The Joint throughout the day to bid on an amazing collection of unique memorabilia from the world of music, sports and entertainment, up for silent auction. Beginning at 3:00pm, Vince Neil will host a special cocktail party, followed by a one-of-a-kind live auction, hosted by Tiffany Granath, Host of Playboy and Sirius Radio's Afternoon Advice. The Small Town Poker Tour is a worldwide series of charity poker tournaments that will be filmed for television. The goals of the Tour are to find World's number one amateur poker player and raise money and awareness for various charities.
