Invited audience of senior HR and IT professionals to join leading vendors in human capital technologies summit.

Top analysts from IDC and other research organizations covering the HR IT space will also participate. HR IT Insight 2007 will take place from March 11-13 at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa in Savannah, Georgia.

Automating HR processes to hold down costs and improve business performance is an increasingly important priority for large and midsize enterprises. HR IT Insight 2007 will provide a showcase for the latest HR technologies, and a meeting place for senior HR-IT collaboration in a $3 billion North American market projected to experience 15-18% annual growth over the next four years.

The format of HR IT Insight 2007 marks a significant departure from traditional HR conferences and expositions. Executives need to qualify in order to attend, and all attendees will receive a full participation package. The three-day agenda is centered around scheduled meetings between attending executives and vendors, including case study presentations and one-to-one meetings for follow-up product and partnership discussions. Industry premieres, a major keynote address, vendor and analyst panels and daily networking activities will also be featured.

In addition, industry analysts from IDC and other leading research organizations will hold general sessions to address the technology impact on critical HR areas -- including performance management, recruiting, regulatory compliance, and outsourcing. The program will be chaired by Albert Pang, Director of Enterprise Applications Research for IDC and one of the world’s leading authorities on the HR management applications market. Mr. Pang and other analysts will also be available for private meetings with event participants.
