City Canyons Records presents the CD Release Party of Jen Elliott & Bluestruck's new album 8 Days Down this Saturday, October 28 at New York's Crash Mansion at 199 Bowery at Spring Street. OPEN BAR 8:30-9:30 p.m. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.

New York, NY (PRWEB) October 27, 2006 -- Join City Canyons Records and Jen Elliott for the release of Jen's sizzling new rocker of an album, 8 Days Down, on Saturday, October 28 at Manhattan's Crash Mansion located at 199 Bowery at Spring Street.

The 8 Days Down party starts at 7:30 p.m. with an open bar that runs from 8:30 to 9:30. p.m. Sultry emerging vocalist Lin McEwan and her band starts off the evening's entertainment at 7:45 p.m. Then the charismatic and incandescent Jen Elliott and her band Bluestruck take the stage at 8:45 p.m., playing all of the songs from 8 Days Down -- an album that has evoked critical praise and comparisons to the work of The Rolling Stones, Bonnie Raitt, Annie Lennox and Chrissy Hynde.
