Reverse multiple listings allow home sellers to find buyers.

BuyerHunt™ announced today the launching of http://www.BuyerHunt.com – Arizona's first buyer-only database. With the launching of the site, the company has reversed the real estate process. Instead of buyers searching for sellers, the service lets sellers search for buyers. The service can also be accessed nationwide, but initial marketing efforts will focus on the Arizona market.

The site is a valuable resource for real estate agents, who can use BuyerHunt.com to market buyers and search for buyers on behalf of sellers. "I found the site to be Realtor-friendly and helpful," said Rod Harris, an Arizona-based real estate agent. "I listed a client as a buyer and have received multiple contacts from sellers who have not yet listed their homes with agents."

Home sellers can search for buyers by logging-on to BuyerHunt.com and simply entering their home's characteristics in the BuyerHunt search screens. Sellers provide information such as price, area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other key home information. Within seconds, they will see a list of buyers looking for a home just like the one the seller is offering. Sellers can then make quick contact with potential buyers by using BuyerHunt's private messaging system.

Buyers log-on to BuyerHunt.com to create a profile describing the home they want. Their profile is stored in a searchable database so that sellers can find them. Sellers contact potential buyers via private mailboxes with virtual flyers that describe their homes. If the buyer is interested, they simply respond and start taking the regular steps towards a home-purchase transaction.

"After we establish the service in Arizona, we will market the service to other parts of the country," said BuyerHunt Co-Founder Philip Mikal. "We will roll-out our programs on a region-by-region basis across the entire U.S."
