Century 21 Best Value Realty to open first sales office in the Town Center of Gran Pacifica Resort Development.

Century 21 Best Value Realty announced today it will sign an agreement with the developers of Nicaragua's premier resort community, Gran Pacifica, that gives Century 21 the green light to open an office in the Town Center of the development. The move is expected to increase awareness of Gran Pacifica among the real estate investment community, as well as the growing number of retirees choosing to retire in Nicaragua.

Gran Pacifica Beach & Golf Resort is a 5 star resort community being built along the Pacific coast of Nicaragua, a 45 minute drive from the capital of Managua. The construction is a first of its kind in Nicaragua. It is the only development to offer paved roads, cobblestone streets, fire hydrants, old Chicago style side walks, and 80% financing. Standard with every lot is underground fiber optic cable access and a freshwater and sewer system designed to U.S. standards.
