ReachForce Continues Rapid Momentum and Growth

Company celebrates one-year anniversary; Red Hat, salesforce.com and SendMail among 80+ companies to rely on ReachForce to dramatically accelerate sales and marketing initiatives.

Austin, Texas (PRWEB) November 1, 2006 -- ReachForce, Inc. a worldwide provider of OnDemand marketing data services for role-based customer and prospect data, today marked its one-year anniversary with continued momentum and growth with customers, services and executive appointments. During its first year, ReachForce secured more than 80 customers, including McCue Systems, NPD Group, RedHat, salesforce.com and SendMail. The company also delivered an expanded services and intellectual property portfolio and expanded its executive team and advisory board solidifying its position in the market. ReachForce's CEO, Suaad Sait also introduced the concept of Funnelnomics, a new marketing and sales concept, designed to address the unique challenges that today's B2B marketers face in filling their sales funnel with qualified buyers, converting those buyers into profitable customers, and building a repeatable model for ongoing growth and profitability. An accompanying e-book outlining the concept of Funnelnomics is available for download on the ReachForce Web site at www.reachforce.com.

"Inaccurate, incomplete and inconsistent data continues to be the fundamental problem driving low ROI from sales and marketing initiatives," said Suaad Sait, CEO of ReachForce. "Our growing customer base is a testament to the dramatic impact that role-based data has on delivering increased marketing results and sales pipeline conversions."

Since launching in October 2005, ReachForce has continued to build out its services portfolio and most recently announced the company's Data Services are available through salesforce.com's AppExchange. The company made the AppExchange announcement at Dreamforce, the annual salesforce.com User and Developer Conference. ReachForce Data Services for AppExchange allows customers to request role-based contact data from within salesforce.com for ongoing demand generation campaigns, new vertical market focus or geography expansion.

"As companies look beyond basic sales force automation to expanding their sales funnel, ReachForce can help them access better marketing and sales leads without an extensive investment," said Rebecca Wettemann, Vice President at Nucleus Research. "ReachForce is a potential means to leverage greater ROI from existing SFA solutions by leveraging better lead contact data."

ReachForce also strengthened its market leading position with a growing portfolio of intellectual property and patents. The company was issued four related patents covering its work in mining the Web to generate sales and marketing lead data. Additionally, the company launched ReachForce Connect, a Web services interface for CRM and marketing automation systems to enable customers to integrate with and request custom role-based contact information directly from their CRM systems, such as Microsoft, Siebel, SAP and salesforce.com. ReachForce Connect helps sales and marketing teams focus lead generation efforts by targeting the right role within an organization, instead of just title, effectively increasing results 20 to 30 times for every dollar spent.

On the executive front, ReachForce announced the addition of critical executive leadership and advisory board support, including:

  • The hiring of Dr. Lance Obermeyer as chief technology officer (CTO), who previously held the position of senior director of technology for Pervasive Software;
  • Bob Riazzi as chief operating officer (COO), an industry veteran who most recently served as the vice president and general manager of Worldwide Services for 3Com;
  • And the appointment of Ruby Sahiwal as a new member of the company's Advisory Board, who is the founder and chairman of Accelcia Business Services, a finance and administration service provider, as well as founder and CEO of Simpacta, a solutions provider for value based selling.
