L-com Connectivity Products Adds New Professional Audio/Video (A/V) Universal Rack Sub Panels

L-com has added DVI and RCA sub panels for its Universal rack series. The Universal rack panels allow users to customize rack panels by mixing and matching sub panels in a 2U high rack frame. The new sub panels come pre-populated with DVI and color coded RCA connectors for making audio/video rack panels.

In order to meet the requirements of its Professional A/V (Audio/Video) customers, L-com has created multi-port DVI and RCA-style USP's (universal sub panels).

The DVI sub panel, USP2DVI, features two DVI feed-thru couplers which support DVI-I Single/Dual Link, DVI-D Single/Dual Link and DVI-A applications.

To accommodate left and right channel audio and component video needs, L-com now offers the USP2RCA, USP3RCA-C and USP3RCA RCA universal sub panels. The USP2RCA features two RCA feed-thru couplers with red and white ports; the USP3RCA-C features three RCA feed-thru's colored red, blue, and green; the USP3RCA provides three RCA feed-thru couplers with yellow, red and white ports.

These USP panels can be used with L-com's Universal Master Rack panels, providing customers with unlimited interface mix and match options. Additionally, L-com provides a plethora of custom panel options designed to the customer's specifications.
