Modavox and Chambers Communications Corporation Complete Streaming Agreement
Advertising revenue share and rich media content delivery agreement with Oregon ABC affiliate stations and Modavox to benefit both media companies.
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) November 2, 2006 -- Modavox, Inc. (OTBB: MDVX) today announced it has completed an agreement with media production, broadcast and cable distribution company, Chambers Communications Corporation to bring streaming video and audio applications for local and national advertising campaigns for their Oregon ABC affiliate networks, KEZI and KDRV. This revenue sharing opportunity will utilize Modavox’s patented BoomBox system employed for the delivery of rich media content.
Chambers Communications Corporation (www.cmc.net/~chambers/) consists of three broadcast television stations operating as ABC affiliates; one cable system; a television, movie and video production company; and an ISP provider.
This new agreement between media companies includes worldwide distribution of news, weather, and sports content as well as archiving of this content utilizing Modavox’s content delivery network and BoomBox technology. Other contract details include banner ad products; video banner and video inserted into broadcast ads; and detailed reporting structures.
