Point-Spreads.com Breaks Down the Odds for Both LSU vs. Tennessee and Arkansas vs. South Carolina

Quarterback play of Erik Ainge and JaMarcus Russell key for early game while Steve Spurrier must stop Darren McFadden in late game.

Miami Beach, FL (PRWEB) November 3, 2006 -- College football betting expert John Hoben of Point-Spreads.com, the premier provider of sports data, information, and analysis to the betting community, discusses this weekend's key SEC match up between LSU vs. Tennessee and Arkansas vs. South Carolina with CEO Thomas Jensen in anticipation of Point-Spreads.com's full coverage of College Football Betting for Week 10.

The Point-Spreads.com team lends an insight into what to look out for when researching for college football predictions, as well as where the "public's" money is going when the LSU Tigers battle the Tennessee Volunteers and Arkansas Razorbacks take on the South Carolina Gamecocks in two key SEC college football match ups:

"The LSU Tigers and Arkansas Razorbacks are both listed as road favorites this weekend as you can see on the Live Odds Board located at http://www.point-spreads.com/ncaaf-point-spreads.html ," stated Jensen. "The SEC is widely considered the toughest conference in Division I College Football and this week's games look to further cement that reputation."

"Odds makers are not showing eighth-ranked Tennessee much respect by installing LSU as a three point favorite on the Vol's home turf," said Point-Spreads.com College Football Editor John Hoben. "The Tigers' defense will give Erik Ainge problems in the passing game and the Volunteers don't run the ball well enough to create enough balance to keep the LSU defense honest. I agree with giving LSU the edge but the game could go either way."

When asked about the other college football game, Hoben replied "The Razorbacks, only favored by a -2 point chalk, are not getting much respect from odds makers even after covering three straight games, two of those as double digit favorites. Arkansas has proven itself as a road warrior in its 27-10 win at then No. 2 Auburn on Oct. 7 covering +13.5 ATS. The Hogs might be the best team in the SEC with their stingy defense and high-powered running attack led by Darren McFadden & Felix Jones. Steve Spurrier and the Gamecocks have not defeated a ranked opponent this season and don't expect it to happen Saturday."
