  • Block construction for stairwell and elevators completed.

  • Interior mechanical, electrical and plumbing underway.

Common Area Building

  • 50 percent of the foundation is complete.
  • Underground plumbing and electrical in progress.

Health Center

  • Foundation 80 percent complete.
  • Underground mechanical, plumbing and electrical 25 percent complete.

Patio Homes

  • Building pads complete.
  • Surveys for construction in progress.
  • Pouring foundations next week.
